Everything was in perfect condition, and all coolers were installed without an issue. I would recommend the shipper. He was on time, and the load was well-protected, loaded correctly, and his truck and trailer were in excellent condition. We used Standard Restaurant Supply for the installation. They did a good job and worked with our schedule.

Thank you for not only your follow-up design but also your info and professionalism. I have decided that when we are ready to purchase our cooler, it will be with you and your company. We are presently in the “design” stage right now for my new venture. I plan on meeting with the G/C late next week and hopefully coming away with some legitimate start/completion dates from him. At this point, I do not know when we will be ready for the cooler. I did inform my G/C that you need approx. 30 days to build and ship. Once we get further along on this project, I will let you know.

OK—The freezer is here, installed, and cooled to minus 7 on the freezer side and 37 on the cooler side! Thank you for making this whole process, from beginning to end, a pleasure and enjoyable. Your customer service has been impeccable and always ready with the answer or appropriate suggestions.

The truck driver (Not an AWIC Employee) who delivered the freezer panels had a bad attitude about waiting until everything was checked over but when our contractor and our sons told him to load it all back up by himself and leave if he couldn’t wait, he rapidly backed down!!

My husband and I just recently purchased a combination cooler/freezer from your company, and we wanted you to know that we have been incredibly impressed with our dealing with your sales associate..

Honestly, we have put out calls to 8 or so refrigeration companies to get quotes, discuss delivery date possibilities, etc. We we were astounded by the lack of interest in such a large purchase. Lack of follow-up, time it took to get back to us, etc.

Since we had a difficult custom design, many changes and corrections occurred. They orchestrated our special needs with your engineering department to produce a perfect fit!

I just want to let you know that Bobby was the deciding factor in our decision to purchase our cooler from AWIC. He asked us for all the information regarding what we would be storing in the cooler – the temperature at which it arrives, the temperature at which it would be stored, how much we expect to store on average, etc.

As I worked as a procurement administrator for the federal government for 13 years, I always still get quite a few quotes for any large purchases that I make in my retirement. While I did receive some smaller quotes on the coolers, Bobby was the ONLY salesman who took an interest in what cooler would best suit our requirements. Even with being a cash-poor startup company, I feel confident that purchasing our cooler from AWIC is the best value for our company. If this had been a purchase for my court during my employment, AWIC would have been awarded the contract based, for the most part, on customer service.

Bobby went out of his way to accommodate us. Should we be able to expand our business in the future, Bobby and AWIC will be the first company we call.

The cooler came in flawlessly. As far as I can see, everything is here. I really appreciate your help in getting this project done and the awesome customer service you provided.

Yes, we received the walk-in and have just finished putting it all together. We have an HVAC company coming in today to look at the refrigeration equipment and hopefully have it up and running by end of the week.

The freight company was great. The driver was extremely helpful in guiding us on the forklift and unloading everything safely and efficiently. Please pass on our praise to him if possible.
